QAS has conducted "ISO/IEC 17025:2017Assessors Training Program" from 29th June 2024 to 3rd July 2024

Program faculties, on behalf of IQAS,  were:

 

Mr. Anil Kumar: Former Chief Scientist & Head, Mass Standard, CSIR – National Physical Laboratory. A Lead and Technical Assessor for Accreditation Bodies, expert of Mass Standard and author of many research papers.

Ms. Mala Ramesh: Formerly Sr. Engineer, IDEMI, Ministry of MSME. Presently independent consultant, having expertise in Electro Technical, Radiological, Medical devices calibration and testing laboratories. Empanelled as Technical Assessor national and international Accreditation Bodies and trainer of repute on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.  

 

Dr. Battal Singh Chauhan: Formerly Joint Director NABL. More than 28 years experience in the field of calibration, testing and accreditation. Consultant, Advisor and Trainer in the field of Accreditation, Calibration and Testing Laboratories.  

 

Mr. Birendra Prasad Murmu: Formerly  Joint Director at  NABL/QCL. Advisor, Consultant & Trainer on ISO/IEC 17025. In-house faculty and  Operations Director at IQAS.

 

The program provided a comprehensive understanding of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, delving into its fundamental principles, key requirements, and practical applications. Through interactive sessions and insightful discussions, participants gained invaluable insights into establishing and maintaining effective quality management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017."
